Real case · Feeding · Parts integration
A single mold replaces two independent tools, reducing initial investment and production complexity.
The initial approach considered the manufacture of two independent molds, one for each part, which implied duplicating investment, maintenance, and management of the production process.
This approach increased the technical complexity of the project and generated inefficiencies in both production and tooling management.

The project was approached from our injection mold engineering, with the aim of simplifying the tooling system, analyzing the feasibility of integrating both parts into a single mold without compromising functionality or process reliability.

Final mold integrating both parts into a single system
This project was developed following our work process in injection mold projects, applying a structured approach from the initial planning to the final definition of the mold.

This project demonstrates how the integration of parts into a single mold allows simplifying the production system, reducing investment in tooling and minimizing the technical and operational complexity of the assembly.
